Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order?
In our FAQ you can find answers to questions regarding your order. If the specific answer you are looking for is not to be found here, please contact info@rae-antwerp.com and describe your problem.
If you are experiencing technical issues please send a print screen if possible, and our customer care team will assist you in the best possible way.
What payment methods do you accept online?
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and Paypal.
Can I cancel or change my order?
It is not possible to change your order, when it has been made.
If you wish to cancel an order and return it, please complete the return form and send the order back within 14 days of receipt.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the item to us within 14 days.
You may try on the clothes at home, but the styles should be returned in the same condition as when received: unwashed, not used and with the original tag attached.
How do I make an exchange?
To make an exchange, please make a new order and send the piece(s) you wish to return back to us. We will send the new one to you right away.
How do I return my order?
- Place the piece(s) you wish to return back in the original box. Ensure that the parcel is securely sealed before returning it.
- Attach your return label on top of the original shipping label, making sure that all other labels are removed.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location or call the carrier directly to schedule a pickup.
Our return policy allows for returns to be shipped back within 14 days after receiving your order.
Please ensure that all pieces are unused and in the same condition as when you received them. This includes keeping all original packaging and ensuring that all tags are attached.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear back in your bank account. The refund will be issued to the same account that you used when placing your order.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your order, please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund.
Shipping
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders over 100 euros. For orders under 100 euros, the cost is 5,99 in Belgium and 8,99 in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe 15 euros.
