It is not possible to change your order, when it has been made.

If you wish to cancel an order and return it, please complete the return via the online return portal.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the item to us within 14 days.

You may try on the clothes at home, but the styles should be returned in the same condition as when received: unwashed, not used and with the original tag attached.

To make an exchange, please make a new order and send the piece(s) you wish to return back to us. We will send the new one to you right away.

You can return your purchased items from www.rae-antwerp.com within 14 days counting from the day after you received your order.

CONDITIONS

A product which you wish to return must satisfy the following conditions: 

• It must be in new condition.
• It must include the RAE Antwerp garment tag.
• It must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
• It must be complete (i.e. together with all items such as a belt etc. which came with the original product).
• It must be packaged in a sufficiently sturdy box, so that we receive the product in an undamaged condition.

Returns are made to us at your own expense.

Once your return reaches us, and is in accordance with the conditions above, we will arrange for a refund immediately. We reserve the right to only make a refund when the goods have reached us.

• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order.

Once we receive your order, please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund.

Shipping is free for orders over 150 euros in the Benelux.

7 euros for orders under 150 euros - Belgium
10 euros for orders under 150 euros - Netherlands.
